- Kyro MU is a free private server and provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, stability, or permanent data storage.

- Accounts found violating rules may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
4. Donations

- Donations are voluntary and help support server costs.
- Donations do not entitle players to ownership rights or special privileges beyond those stated.
- All donations are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
- Kyro MU is a fan-made private server. We do not claim ownership of MU Online, its assets, or trademarks, which belong to Webzen.
- Content developed by Kyro MU (such as custom scripts, features, and website design) is property of Kyro MU.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for account loss, data corruption, or damages caused by using our services.
- Use of our server is at your own risk.
